DRAFTSMAN - Lvl 2
Prepare and revise engineering drawings, schematics, logic diagrams and block diagrams based on sketches and other information provided by engineers and technicians to meet the requirements of TTOs and CDRLs.
5 yrs mechanical drawing, computer aided design, and illustrative design or commercial art experience. 2 yrs experience with AutoCAD v14 or later. 2 yrs experience preparing and revising engineering drawings, schematics, logic diagrams and block diagrams.
Will be able to perform the following indicated tasks:
- Meet with program management to obtain information to start or complete tasks, answer questions or resolve problems.
- Provided estimates on tasks including design and drafting time required, type of drawings and materials required
- Attends meetings with program related personnel for general review of task status and performance
-Performs design on more complex task requiring quick turnaround time
-Assists in checking documentation and signing off on drawings
