The Auto Club Group is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our Automotive Financial Services Center located in downtown St. Petersburg .
The primary role of the Coordinator will…
Assist in loan closing activities of the Automotive Financial Services Center to include compiling loan packages ensuring critical documents are included and properly completed as required and responding to member questions regarding the loan process via telephone or internet inquiries.
Work as a liaison between the Automotive Financial Services Center, Financial Representatives, Financial Institutions, Branch Financial Champions and members to improve communication and facilitate speedy submission of loan applications, following the entire loan submission and approval phases until the loan is funded.
Process automotive financial services product cancellations and complete all necessary paperwork and reporting documents.
Complete a variety of weekly/monthly logs and reports.
High school diploma or equivalent. Some accounting or bookkeeping courses helpful.
At least 1 year of clerical and administrative experience in an automated office environment. Knowledge of auto lending or banking operations helpful.
Preference is given to candidates with previous Financial Services experience and consumer loan experience.
Working knowledge of computers including understanding of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Access Data Base experiences a plus).
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized.
Good written & oral communication skills are preferred. Ability to work in a fast pace, team oriented environment.
Credit and Criminal background check and drug testing required.
