The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the selling process. This includes training and managing sales people, structuring deals and closing sales.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist in managing new vehicle inventory
- Operate used vehicle department, ensuring that there are no used vehicles in stock over 60 days
- Work with the General Manager to set a monthly forecast for total new and used vehicle sales
- Assist and conduct sales training a minimum of 2 times per week
- Assit with aged inventory control, advertising and promotions, wholesale and bull penn process, pricing vehicles and managing showroom activity
