Sikorsky Global Helicopters is recruiting experienced Avionics Technicians at its Coatesville, PA facility for first shift.

Job responsibilities will include:
Installing complex wiring and electrical systems.

Use of hand tools for crimping and component install/ removal.

Reading and comprehending wiring diagrams/ schematics/ blueprints.

Performing routine checkout of systems upon completion of installation and advise Lead or Experienced Technician of work to be done.

Troubleshooting avionics systems on board aircraft and making necessary adjustments or repairs under the direction of the Lead or an experienced technician.

Performing lab bench checks, to include analysis, repair and calibration of avionics electrical equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Completion of electronic technician school or equivalent experience preferred.

3+ years applicable experience in commercial helicopters, desired.

Valid FCC and/or A&P license and extensive troubleshooting knowledge, preferred.

Overtime is worked regularly during peak season.

This position is an FAA covered position which will require random drug and alcohol testing as mandated by the FAA.

Hiring will be based on the successful completion of pre-employment testing including drug and alcohol testing, reference and background check.
