In this role you will will develop and implement the company’s business to business strategy, supporting sales and generating inbound traffic. As a key member of the Marketing Communications team, this person will coordinate with sales teams throughout the organization and interface with Customer Operations, internal and external marketing and PR teams to support their respective missions. You will develop sales programs, content and create materials that articulate the product’s value proposition to customers.
Create and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategy.
Develop marketing collateral, including customer-facing sales presentations, white papers, case studies, website content, lead generation content and custom sales support materials and tools.
Develop content to drive awareness & conversion. In addition to collateral, content may include webinars, videos, competitive positioning and customer case studies.
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and how to best position our products in the market through ongoing testing and iteration.
Drive sales enablement and readiness, including the development and delivery of sales training materials.
Drive thought leadership for business customers. Create and promote content that engages with existing and potential customers, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, and videos.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in B2B or solutions marketing, specifically positioning freemium, SaaS products to business decision makers.
Strong leadership and management experience, particularly building and scaling teams.
Demonstrated experience packaging research, insights and data into interactive materials, and delivering though leadership in creative and high-impact ways.
Proven success arming a sales force with marketing materials and competitive intelligence.
Experience and comfort working with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) tools to design, manage, and measure effective marketing campaigns.
Track record of effectively delivering multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-moving environment filled with smart, data-driven people.
Outstanding written, presentation and oral communication skills, internally and to external audiences.
Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
Bachelor’s degree minimum.
