Busy HR office is seeking to fill a 20 hour/week Benefits Assistant position for a very reputable long term care home in the Getzville area. Responsibilities include assisting the HR team in managing and tracking all facets of the employee benefits. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hands on benefit administration experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and a working knowledge of HRIS systems. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must for this position.
