Receives and provides follow-up on all incoming phone calls to department main line(s), triaging calls. Greets and gives paperwork to customers and patients. Types letters, distributes department mail. Assists various customers by providing needed information or directing to the appropriate areas.
Requirements: General: Fast-paced, multitasking environment experience needed; Minimum: 2-4 years office experience, preferably in health care setting; Preferred: Behavioral health experience preferred.
Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
