Job Summary

About this Position: The purpose of the Analyst position is to . . . §

Analyze data to drive better business decisions §

Create reports to measure the performance of processes and strategies §

Develop complex programming to extract and manipulate data §

Support the development of statistical models designed to optimize high volume decisions such as:

o Pricing and credit scoring

o Call strategy and behavior scoring

o Repossession decisions (repo/don’t repo and agent selection)

o Resource allocation (optimal scheduling and forecasting) §

Actively monitor the performance of models in production

Additional Position Requirements: Experience and Education requirements.

Required: §

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g. statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, physics, etc.) §

Experience with Excel and Access §

Experience manipulating data using SQL, SAS, R, or SPSS

Preferred: §

Knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling
