The Recruiter is instrumental in achieving growth and expansion of our company. In this role you work with the regional sales head and the corporate office to execute on a recruiting strategy in building the sales workforce that drives revenue through a high quality sales process.

Your primary accountabilities:
Conducting formal interviews daily, and selecting the appropriate candidates for the opportunity.
Ensure that performance reporting tools are met including, for example, setting interviews, confirmation calls, and appointments.
Adhere to recruiting and operational processes and involvement in advertising processes.
Communicate effectively with candidates, management, and key partners to ensure that business objectives can be met.
Ideal Candidate will be billingual Spanish/English Speaking!
