BILINGUAL SPANISH Customer Care Credit Specialists Needed!
MUST be able to work a varied, flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
MUST SPEAK SPANISH FLUENTLY
Specialists needed to service both Spanish and English speaking customers, store personnel, District Managers, and various home office personnel in a fast paced/high volume inbound contact center. Specialists answer questions and resolve issues received through phone calls and email. Will need to access information from a variety of systems and references; focus on identifying service issues and initiate appropriate action to resolve. Calls include, but are not limited to, all aspects of Sterling Jewelers Inc. revolving credit accounts, statement and/or payment concerns, policies and/or procedures. Must also be comfortable placing outbound calls. The high volume of calls must be serviced in a timely manner with an exceptionally high level of quality while building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong math skills; High negotiation and problem solving skill; Basic computer skills with a proficiency in keyboarding and data entry; Time management; Attention to detail with documentation and follow-up.
