American Systems is currently seeking candidates who are interested as performing as a BMDS Test Analyst for the Joint Interoperability Test Command program (JITC) at Fort Huachuca Arizona.

JITC professionally tests, operationally evaluates, and certifies IT capabilities for joint interoperability, enabling information dominance and increasing warfighter effectiveness for the Nation.


The Analyst will be expected to coordinate JITC participation in program and operational test planning and events, to include the insertion of the test cases required to generate the necessary data to accomplish joint interoperability assessment.

The Analyst is also expected to independently conduct detailed technical analysis of all valid data on the system and evaluate and report on the system’s performance relative to its agreed to performance levels and standards and eventually its Joint Staff certified requirements when the program transitions to normal acquisition.

The Analyst will analyze test data and compare the results to the GMD and Theater Interoperability Exchange Requirements (IERs) to make a joint interoperability assessment recommendation. The Analyst will work with JITC, the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Joint Program Office (JPO), and the Operational Test Agency (OTA) Combined Test Force (CTF) to identify testing methods and approaches for evaluating interoperability across these IERs. The Analyst will participate in Development Tests/Operational Tests (DT/OT), OTA sponsored Limited User Tests and Exercises, Initial Operational Test and Evaluation Test (IOT&E) events, and participate in Integrated Product and Concept team meetings to gather data in support of interoperability assessment.
