Manage, train, and supervise all Box Office personnel.
Coordinate all day to day Box Office operations.
Balance and maintain Daily Box Office Sales Reports.
Maintain all aspects of service offered to VIP patrons and non-VIP patrons including season/single ticket purchases, exchanges and donations, and account information.
Create and maintain databases as needed.
Maintain accuracy of all transactions.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards to all patrons.
Assist Associate Director of Patron Services.
Work all performances in Phoenix, Tucson and special events.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, problem solving, organizational skills, and strong leadership. Excellent communication, verbal and written communications are essential. An exemplary work ethic and attention to detail is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, box office ticketing systems, Ticketmaster, and Tessitura is mandatory. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Attendance at all Arizona Opera performances is required.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary will be based on experience. Arizona Opera offers full time staff members a comprehensive benefit package.
