Practice Lead - Business Analysis and Requirements. This role will be responsible for the creation of a business analysis and requirements practice. HOW YOU WILL IMPACT MWV
Developing a framework to incorporate business rules and decisions, process requirements, testing and performance into the requirements development process, insuring that business requirements can be validated and the risk determined. Propensity to assimilate information and requirements from a variety of sources into one comprehensive view Establish requirement governance processes Develop business requirement playback methods such as use cases, storyboards, proof of concepts, etc. Over-seeing traceability and connection of business requirements to functional specifications, business rules, test cases and applications Managing all business requirements tasks and review of related processes such as test cases, UAT and documentation. Providing direct supervision and mentoring of a team of internal and external Business Analysts. Providing inspired leadership for the enterprise-wide business requirements process WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Proven expertise of business requirements gathering and business requirements development methodology and techniques Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large scale, complex applications projects required. Experience working in software development or application management life cycle projects Ten+ years of IT experience with a minimum three+ years supervisory experience especially overseeing the business requirements / business analysis process. Strong hands-on experience use case methodology. Strong knowledge of data modeling for business requirements development Knowledge of business decision management and business rule methodology strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle management and change management Experience with one of the business requirements analysis tools. Strong facilitation and presentation skills required. Strong analytical skills required Excellent planning, coordination, and collaboration skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as influencing skills required. BS Computer Science, Business, Math or similar field; will consider comparable work experience CBAP / Certified Business Analysis Professional certification or equivalent required Experience working with application third party providers Experience working with ERP solution like SAP & JDE
