Assist Director with management of budget and administrative services for Division of Libraries; provide budget analyses to develop sound financial reports and long-range forecasting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3 years relevant experience including budget administration. Must include experience with managing a fiscal/accounting office, designing financial control systems, financial reporting and analysis, budget management, and supervising staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Proficiency with spreadsheets, querying data warehouses, and word processing. Strong communication skills. Ability to analyze figures and translate into readable budgets.
