Customer / Business Orientation:

Focus on internal and external Customer requirements.

Interact with business Customers to define, analyze, and deliver Customer requirements.

Demonstrate proficient understanding of business processes being supported by assigned systems(s).

Develop business process understanding across multiple business Customers.

Participates, assists, and recommends to/with Sr. Analysts on projects.

Completes tasks with minimal direction.

Tasks are assigned, and consequences of error carry a small risk to the organization.

Project Management:

Serve as a communications liaison between the business Customer and the technology development and support groups.

Document and communicate assigned work and progress to immediate project team, and management.

Communicate problems or issues in a timely manner.

Support the organization's project management policy, practice, and methodology.

Problem Solving:

Demonstrate a methodical and logical approach to resolve problems of moderate complexity.

Research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution.

Employ productivity aids in all aspects of assignments.

Testing / Deliverable Quality:

Assist less senior Analysts and Developers when performing system and acceptance testing.

Test and implement system and enhancements using techniques that preserve system integrity.

Production Support:

Responsible for immediate response to production program problems.

Identify process or system enhancements for business Customers.

Financial Accountability:

Develop cost analysis estimates.

Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Minimum Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent formal training preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

2 - 4 years work experience as an Analyst or equivalent position required.

Minimum 2 years of experience:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Requirements Gathering

Understanding of OO Analysis and Design

Use Case creation

Test Case, UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Data analysis

2-3 years experience implementing solutions in a variety of delivery methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)

2-3 years demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions

Minimum 1 year experience with evaluation of existing processes and continuous improvement exercises

Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work within an established timeframe to complete tasks

Strong Leadership skills and demonstrated success using skills

Ability to work well with Customers at all levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so

Ability to work well in a Team environment

Strong organizational skills, specifically creating Project Plans and Controls

Actively engage with Business groups to understand requirements, communicate impacts and identify process workarounds

Lead analysis & solutioning discussions across multiple SWA and
Vendor Teams

Perform cross-functional analysis to support testing, defect identification and defect resolution

Assist in project plan task estimation and dependency analysis

Ability to synthesize and summarize information for multiple audiences

Proficiency in requirements analysis, gap analysis, & process mapping

Visio preferred

Proficient knowledge of business analysis, process modeling and redesign.

Proficient knowledge of technical environment.

Proficient knowledge of the SWA Methodology.

Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with both Business Customers and Technology Development.

Able to analyze and resolve problems of medium to large complexity.

Able to manage medium projects.

Able to work effectively in a strong Customer service / team oriented environment.

Able to complete Business Analysis, process modeling, and redesign.

Able to take on multiple assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work.

Able to prioritize effectively.

Able to develop, present and effectively communicate ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences.

Able to apply independently technologies to the business functions.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Consistently recognized as a top performer in their job title by both Employees and Leadership.

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
