We have an immediate need for a business analyst who will function as a member of corporate finance/accounting group and be a business partner resource to the management team. Primary Responsibilities: · Develop, produce, maintain and standardize a core set of business operations metrics. Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to ensure data and analytics align with business priorities and support business decision making. Present data, trends, and insights to business groups as needed.
- This is a key position that provides standardized reporting, prepares and analyzes performance dashboards and evaluation of trends and develops ways to offer predictive insights.
- Work with leaders to prepare and monitor performance against operating budgets, methodically drive business process improvements to enhance informational speed and accuracy, present results of analysis on operations KPIs and customer metrics.
- Design, maintain, and communicate analysis of reports, spreadsheets, and KPI and operational metrics for general management. Establish continuity structure of reporting from general management level down to departmental & work center level reports and KPIs for operations.
- Responsible for analytical and statistical assessment of business metrics with the analysis being used by senior management to make business decisions on both a strategic and operational basis.
Requires a BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, economics and experience with ERP systems, data analytics and reporting. 3-4 years of related experience is desired. Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and have an affinity for data management, and the ability to shape complex, detailed information into user-friendly, easy to understand presentations. Strong detail orientation, analytical and critical thinking skills. Polished communications - written and verbal. Self-managing, able to balance multiple, competing priorities.
