Overview:
Canon Business Process Services, Inc. is presently hiring a
Business Services Associate Manager
to lead a team at a high
profile account with a site.
This position requires a candidate with a track record of successfully managing a team of 20+ people in a Business Services environment. This manager must have 8+ yrs of experience in Office Services/Business Services Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with business leaders and their team to understand business strategy, products, processes, and systems and to manage the day to operations
Monitors operations for efficiency and quality of service
Fully understand project deliverables and align support to exceed departmental initiatives
Partner with Business Services to identify system and process improvement opportunities
Maintain confidential records and files
Evaluate and provide just in time feedback to business support associates.
Partner with Business Services manager in development and maintenance of a business support scorecard
Build partnership with Business Services manager and other key business stakeholders
Teaming with colleagues to meet deadlines
Gain an understanding of key business initiatives and anticipate the future needs of the assigned location. Align resources to the business needs
Manage the BSA’s and coordinate with the functional areas (Travel, Finance, IT, Contract Administration, etc)
Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships across the business and deliver business results
Act as liaison with all regional operations areas
Monitors operating unit activities to ensure compliance with OBS
Monitors financial performance including billing and receivable procedures
Maintains working relationship with representative including identifying needs analysis, handling criticism and informing of progress
Instill client culture in all Business Services Associates
Attend high level meetings with C-Level Executives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
5+ years in managing a business support model
Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical environment a plus
Excellent facilitation skills
Proven track record of building and maintaining business partnerships
Proactive and solution minded
Strong business acumen (understand all aspects of the company and business including the various programs and personnel to ensure efficient operations)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Tech savvy and learning agile
Ability to manage complex projects
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule if needed due to project demands
Strong leadership skills
Creative, innovative, and strategic thinking skills
A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint expertise
Excellent meeting organizational skills; good understanding of international travel management
Track record of process improvement and change management a must
In-depth knowledge of current industry standards in business services
Ability to manage 20+ individuals
The candidate selected must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skillsas well as have self-initiative
Six Sigma Black Belt a plus
Global business experience a plus
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
