Under moderate supervision performs a variety of front and back office duties in the outpatient clinic of the Joslin Diabetes Center.
What You Need to Be Successful:
High School diploma or equivalent required. One year front and back office experience or successful completion of a formal medical assistant training program required. Certified medical assistant preferred with experience in a diabetes/endocrinology practice preferred. Previous experience using a business office suite, such as Microsoft Office, is preferred. Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required.
