Our client and integrated call center solutions provider in San Diego/Miramar area is looking for a Back Office Assistant to join their team!
The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as taking in bound calls from customers regarding their orders, entering orders into the client’s internal system, speaking to customers in regards to their services, and supporting the sales team with general clerical duties as assigned.
Candidates must have customer service experience in a call center environment
Ability to sell, preferred, but not required
Great communication skills
Good basic spelling and math skills
Good attention to detail
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Able to pass timed assessments
Location: Miramar/San Diego
Pay: $8.00 Training and $9- $10.00 hr., DOE (+) after training
Work Schedules: M-F/8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Duration: Long Term Temporary
