Manages a full service branch office, including sales of bank products and services, operations, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives; Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation; Achieves individual and branch sales goals through active sales management of new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision to branch staff; Assures proper scheduling of staff to ensure superior levels of customer service; Participates in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. Participates in job specific training, and other various bank training programs as required. Assures compliance with BSA, AML, state and federal regulations, and all bank policies and procedures. Other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

A self-starting team player who possesses a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Equivalent banking experience in marketing, sales, or operations may be substituted for the degree requirement. Prior sales experience and management experience of at least one year is also required. Excellent written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of personal computers and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software is essential. Good organizational, interpersonal and communications skills are required for maintaining effective relationships with employees, customers, shareholders, and members of the business and civic community. Attention to detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for performing multiple tasks with numerous interruptions.
