High volume banquet facility located in Monmouth County seeks an experienced and energetic individual to fill the position as the Banquet Captain.
The banquet captain assists the banquet manager and directs staff during banquet functions. The banquet captain must be able to work well with all levels of staff in the banquet department including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, banquet manager and other banquet captains.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience supervising in a banquet or restaurant environment.
This is an hourly paid position. Hours vary and may range from 40+ in the busy season.
