Set up Breakdown Stations.
Deliver food from main kitchen to banquet kitchen and restock banquet kitchen with dry goods for the following day.
Assist with Plate up.
Breakdown functions and return all equipment to storage.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the back-of-the-house in accordance with the Department of Health.
