Incumbent in this position will perform the duties of Batting Cage Worker at the Barnes Park Batting Cage operation. Hours of work will include evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as weekday hours.
Serving customers by selling tokens and concessions; keeping stand and surrounding area clean by following Health Department rules; enforcing Batting Cage rules and regulations; performing minor equipment repairs; other duties as assigned. Must attend mandatory training.
Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Previous work experience handling money and working with the general public highly desirable. Must possess the ability to follow both oral and written instructions and communicate in a friendly, positive, and professional manner with facility guests and the general public.
Previous work experience handling cash and working with the general public highly desirable.
Working Environment and Required Background Checks:
Evening, weekend, and holiday working hours required. Requires bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing. Requires ability to move from place to place within the batting cage operation.

Cash Register; concession equipment including hot dog cooker, microwave oven, popcorn machine, and beverage dispensers; batting cage machines.
