CHC seeks a licensed Clinician (LCSW) to provide outpatient treatment to patients.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician for Community Health Center, you will :

Conduct psychotherapy with individual, family and group psychotherapy with children and adults in an outpatient clinic

Be responsible for initial behavioral health evaluations

Coordinate with community agencies

Complete paperwork completed as required by statute, regulation and/or CHC Behavioral Health Policy and Procedures

Be a part of our new electronic health records technology for high quality clinical data-gathering and analysis

Additional Specifications
    • MSW degree
    • License eligible in the State of Connecticut within two years of hire
    • Minimum of two years experience with outpatients including experience with adults
    • State of Connecticut driver's license
    • Drive automobile for home visits, outside agency consults, and meetings
    • Theoretical orientation consistent with brief, problem-focused therapy and managed care systems
    • Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred
