Position Purpose:
Perform telephonic triage of callers in a 24/7 call center operation through application of the nursing process and utilizing standardized clinical decision-making protocols. Use clinical knowledge and skills to provide quality care and health education. Provide excellent customer service to callers, clients, providers and co-workers. Comply with regulatory requirements.
