Manages the day-to-day operations of Canyon Ranch's benefits programs (medical, dental, life, disability and 401(k)), which includes:
Ø policy development, implementation and interpretation
Ø regulatory compliance
Ø conducting enrollment meetings
Ø presenting benefits at the bi-weekly orientation meetings
Ø fielding employee questions and intervening with the carriers to resolve enrollment and claims issues
