Provide overall support to all levels of the staff of the Associate Services Center. Work closely to provide assistance for processing requirements of both the benefits and payroll areas to achieve the need of the ASC support of shared services for the business.

Process ancillary benefits documentation, notices and letters

Work with payroll team to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies

Process vouchers as to assist payroll team in weekly payroll production

Assist with verification of attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments receipts from site locations to produce payroll

Respond to incoming associate inquiries for benefits and payroll

Assist with annual events such as Open Enrollment, Wellness Fair
Assist with acquisition projects

Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for ASC associates

Respond to inquiries for employment verifications

Coordinate meetings for associate visits to the ASC

Assist payroll team with court orders and garnishments documentation

Assist with processing of invoicing, vendor payments, plan payments, etc.

Assist with required associate mailings for SPDs, SARs, Legal Notices, etc.

Other duties as may be assigned

What do I need to be considered a candidate?
Associates or Bachelor's Degree with a major/concentration in Human Resources

6 months to 1 year of office clerical experience preferred

Spanish speaking would be an asset

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to uphold highest level of confidentiality

Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment

Ability to meet deadlines
