PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Describe the general nature and responsibilities of this position. •
Communicates effectively, professionally, and in a timely manner with appropriate parties (all internal resources, clients, and third parties) in order to meet client needs and build strong working relationships. •
Effectively communicates and manages changing work environments, changing priorities, and new situations to successfully service client’s processes. •
Identifies, promotes and drives process improvements to positively impact cost, delivery and quality. •
Reviews and researches client issues and works with appropriate parties (all internal resources, clients, and third parties) in order to achieve a successful resolution. •
Responsible for all client data/process deliverables, demonstrating the following:
o Creating work plans and managing to deadlines for all their ongoing deliverables,
o Demonstrating accountability for their results,
o Creating and maintaining complete and current client process documentation,
o Ensuring ongoing processes and deadlines adhere to the client’s process documentation,
o Delivering ongoing work with absolute quality and timeliness
o Verifies database functionality and output data integrity.
o Following up with data file processing reports by responding to data inquiries and errors in a timely manner. •
Prioritizes and multi-tasks effectively taking into account factors such as deliverable scope, deadline and urgency of the task to ensure business results are met. •
Contributes positively to a cohesive team environment in order to successfully foster engagement, team morale, and productivity. •
Demonstrates an expert knowledge of Company systems, delivery tools, and client processes and understands how they work together to effectively meet client expectations. •
Collaborates with Implementations group to ensure a successful hand-off of new client processes and all their data deliverables. •
Collaborates with external clients (typically, those directly responsible for data file’s being delivered by the Data Specialist), to ensure data file integrity and responding to all data or file exchange issues. •
Collaborates with Internal partners to provide quality assurance oversight and review both in testing and production environments. •
Provide coaching and mentorship for the Data Specialists specific to client servicing, industry knowledge, and corporate initiatives. •
Partner with management to assess and provide Data Specialists performance feedback and facilitates discussions. •
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES: •
Excellent people and communication skills. •
3-5 years experience of benefits administration and human resources benefits plan design. •
3-5 years experience in data processing, utilizing various hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications. •
Ability to analyze information, identify problems and manage large volumes of data. •
Expert working skills with Microsoft Office Products; including, using MS Excel or other like products to manage projects, develop advanced formulas, construct pivot tables (or other data analysis functions) and manage/audit large volumes of data. Demonstrable experience in training others to utilize these tools and handle these files. •
Expert working skills with fixed width data files and tools to manage/audit them. Demonstrable experience in training others to utilize these tools and handle these files. •
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities. •
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment. •
A results oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment. •
Work with others to build consensus and achieve goals. •
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. •
Excellent organization skills and a strong ability to prioritize work. •

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Responsibility and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years experience as with managing and auditing large volumes of data required
