Prepares and analyzes quarterly benefit comparison reports to ensure data accuracy. Works with Benefits team members to resolve discrepancies.
Manages census reporting and filing, including coordination and oversight of outside consultants for CMS Data Match, Census reports and Form 5500.
Researches various reports to resolve discrepancies and makes appropriate adjustments to databases.
Implements necessary changes and adjustments to reports and system information, ensuring benefits and retirement accounts are accurate.
Maintains and resolves issues (as they occur) within the Benefits data system (FlexOnline) and ensures the integrity of data within the system.
Coordinates College participation in comparative benefits surveys, data collection, etc.
Gathers data and generates reports, as needed.
Researches and analyzes employment and benefit history for reconciliation of accounts, in support of plan administration and audits.
Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding data trends and reports.
General Office Functions
Provides assistance to Benefits Office staff during Open Enrollment and on various projects as needed.
Provides back-up coverage for the Benefits Administrator ? Disability during absences.
Partners with other Benefits team members to provide customer support as needed.
Drafts correspondence and other documents in response to data research and analysis.
Demonstrates ability to work effectively with all levels of Faculty and Staff, with the ability to foster inclusiveness and diversity.
