Description : Under general direction, coordinates and administers the employee benefit programs for Lifespan and its partners. Participates in review, analysis and recommendations for new programs or changes to existing programs. Communicates and interprets plan elements and resolves employee-specific coverage questions or concerns.
Qualifications : Associates degree in human resource management, industrial relations, business administration or related field, or the equivalent. At least three years progressively more responsible related experience, including demonstrated familiarity with variety of benefits plans, including qualified and group insurance, and thorough knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
