We are presently seeking a Benefits Analyst who would assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the HRIS with regard to the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information.
•Ensure HRIS/Payroll data integrity
•Maintain reporting for all required FSA (medical & dependent care) and 401(k) for bi-weekly wires
•Day to day and long-term administration and management of health, dental vision, life, disability, 401(k) and leave programs for all employees
•Assist in the management of all aspects of open enrollment, including employee inquiries and communications
•Participate in group-wide benefits initiatives
•Prepare and deliver both written and verbal employee communication on benefits related changes and topics of interest
•Work closely with all carriers, consultants and third party vendors
•Review invoices/payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of enrollment and payments
•Responsible for all data entry to COBRA vendor
•Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the Benefits Self Service
•1-3 years of related HR experience including:
•working with databases or HRIS, running reports and evaluating data
•superior data management, spreadsheet and HRIS report writing skills
•minimum of three years of benefits experience, preferably within a corporate HR department
•strong math abilities
•strong Microsoft Office and minimum of intermediate level Excel skills required
•strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
•independent worker with results driven outcomes
•outstanding customer service skills
•BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, Math degree a plus
•In depth benefits knowledge, including compliance
•Ability to think strategically and creatively about benefits programs
