Compensation, Benefits, HRIS Analyst

The Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Analyst supports a wide variety of programs. Working closely with the HR team, the Analyst implements, assesses, and maintains effective programs in support of the company’s business goals. Responsible for ensuring compliance and data integrity, the Analyst administers programs in a proactive, professional and comprehensive way. Overall responsibilities include benefits administration as well as HRIS and reporting.

Responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:
Perform Open Enrollment system setup and testing activities
Provide support and analysis for the annual benefits renewal process
Reconcile, process, and audit all benefits invoices
Oversee COBRA administration to ensure timely performance of activities and legal compliance
Oversee and maintain the database, including entering status changes, FMLA, new hires, terminations, and benefits information
Administer 401k Plan including deferral changes, annual plan discrimination testing, and annual audit
Respond to requests from employees regarding benefits information. Conducts benefits orientation to new hires.
Perform bi-monthly payroll administration, run associated interfaces and perform audits
Ensure data integrity of all HR systems, including but not limited to performing new hire, change, and termination data entry audits
Perform timely table maintenance for HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Independently manage various reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Perform various required government reporting: annual EEO-1, Form 5500s, etc.
Coordinate with other departments (finance, legal, IT, etc.) on a regular basis during the administration and development of program
Assist with other HR process and programs as requested

Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years related experience in compensation and benefits program management

HRIS experience required; Ultimate a plus

Strong Excel skills required as well as knowledge of entire MS Office Suite

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent attention to detail

Sense of humor

Strong organizational, quantitative, and verbal/written communications skills

Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
