Manage all functions associated with the administration of the employee benefits program including the design, implementation and ongoing management of benefits to contribute to the achievement of the organizations strategic goals.
Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication and computer skills.
Requires strategic thinking and the ability to identify industry trends and emerging issues in health and wellfare.
BS in Business Administration or HR is required
5-7 years benefits experience
Proven skills in planning and organizing, communications, teamwork, creativity and innovations are necessary.
CEBS and SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
