The Benefits Team Member, Human Resources, Symphony, is responsible for documenting “As Is” and “To-Be” processes, defining performance metrics, identifying, and resolving process gaps. This associate is responsible for mapping the business processes within Human Resources (in conjunction with other team members and consultants).
This Team Member participates in user acceptance testing with consultants; assists in the creation of documentation and training materials, and delivers training during implementation. The incumbent will possess an expert level of understanding of all of the Human Resources business processes. This Team member will also serve as a communications liaison to Health Ministries during the implementation.
The Benefits Team Member, Human Resources, Symphony develops, documents and reviews business process design; identifies opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations that lead to improvements; escalates to functional leader process and project issues that cannot be resolved; and develops and documents test cases.
This associate monitors task assignments to ensure they are performed on schedule, within intended scope and to a defined level of quality; reports progress to PMO on a weekly basis; provides subject-matter expertise of Health Ministry processes, policies and requirements in support of functional area process design, testing and implementation and coordinates with other team members to assure consistency and optimization of overall work product; and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
All commuting will be paid in accordance to Ascension Health's policy (relocation is not expected). Monday through Thursday work schedule will be on-site in St. Louis and working from home on Friday.

A B.S. in Business or related field, or the equivalent is required; however, a Master’s degree is preferred. Two to Seven (2 – 7) years plus years of Benefits Administration experience is required. Prior experience in ERP implementations or large scale projects is highly desirable.
