Responsibilities would include, and not be limited to the following. Bicycle service scheduling, write up, follow through and call backs. Parts ordering and tracking for repair bicycles. As well as, technical problem resolutions, minor repairs, quality control, and inspection; to ensure a seamless experience for our repair clients.
Ideal applicant would be bi-lingual, computer savvy,very organized, and customer service oriented. Excellent people skills, a mechanical background, and the ability to prioritize is a must. Retail or bicycle shop experience is a plus.
Full Time position 10-7pm M-F.
