We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our team! The purpose of the Bid Coordinator is to calculate and analyze precise commissions and negotiate and determine pricing.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Generate competitive pricing based on a margin and on credits for competitive deals
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive bid support
• Produce and distribute point books and promotions to Sales teams in all territories with the most current models and pricing
• Review, correct and verify bids and point books
• Maintain knowledge of products
• Troubleshoot, answer questions, assist sales representative on pricing requests and provide conflict resolution to various bid’s issues
• Update department’s commission entry program (CASI) with current models, costs, credits, and promotions
• Analysis of vendor pricing and programs
• Maintain Bid, Rental Price and Commissions Guidelines
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related experiences. Bachelors Preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
• Ability to work with multiple GFC departments
• Ability to multitask, monitor and achieve deadlines
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• 10 key number accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel
