CSS Corp, a global technology solutions corporation is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual (German/English) Customer Service Representative to support our dynamic team of bilingual CSR agents in our South Jordan, Utah delivery center.
Job Description
Interface with customers via email, chat and phone to resolve product issues
Provide world-class customer support for an exiting and highly artistic product
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in photography and/or blogging & vlogging
Previous experience providing customer support via chat interface
Basic Qualifications:
Fluency in German (written)
2+ years experience in a customer service-oriented profession
Basic understanding of computer hardware & software (Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, internet connectivity)
Compensation:
$15/hour ($13/hr + $2/hour performance and quality incentive)
