Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Bilingual Call Center Representatives for temp to hire positions in Alton, IL.
The ideal Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls from customers related to products and services efficiently, professionally and in a courteous, friendly manner. They will also be responsible for executing excellent listening, conflict/resolution and communication skills (verbal/written) They will clarify the needs of the customer, answer customer inquiries and assist in the resolution of concerns, track and document customer contacts, relay customer service problems to team leader, remain accessible to answer calls 7.5 hours per day, maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, portray a knowledge and courteous semblance to the customer, educate the customer on services, master desktop solutions system applications, handle difficult calls and avoid escalation whenever possible, continuously improve call handling skills, systems knowledge, and communications skills, thus, enhancing customer service levels, identify and relay to team leader areas for improvement within the customer inquiry and concern resolution processes, provide exceptional service to the customer that meets or exceeds all contractual service level agreements, be responsive to and execute process improvement/enhancement programs, issue service orders, maintain service orders and sort/distribute/process correspondence.
This Bilingual Call Center Representative will provide high quality, customer driven service by proactively identifying and addressing customer requests by fielding a large volume of incoming calls. They will be responsible for establishing customer rapport, handling general inquiries, and undertaking data preparation appropriately. Schedules vary, but all shifts include one day off during the week and one weekend day off. This position does also have opportunity for growth. Overtime is occasional and on a volunteer basis.

Must have Call Center Experience.
