Vanguard, one of the world's largest investment management companies and a recognized employer of choice, seeks a Client Services Administratorto provide premier services to institutional clients by utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) skills, knowledge of the financial markets, and Vanguard's funds and services. As a Client Services Administrator, you'll respond to incoming client calls/emails and collaborate with the International sales team to ensure International clients are delighted with their Vanguardinvestment experience.

Providing world-class service to clients by emphasizing the ease of investing with Vanguard and generating client loyalty by presenting an unmatchable client experience from end to end.

Identifying our clients' needs, resolving issues, and positioning appropriate solutions and services to best meet those needs.

Demonstrating client relationship management skills through active listening, asking open-ended questions, building rapport, showing empathy, and positioning.

Developing and maintaining proficient knowledge of Vanguard funds, products and services, the overall financial markets, and the related legal, tax, and regulatory issues in order to educate and guide our clients.

Remaining current on relevant market and industry news and developing the ability to articulate how world economic events impact our clients and their investment needs.

Applying Vanguard's at-cost philosophy by using and positioning the most cost-efficient solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Adapting to a changing working environment or changes in policies in a positive manner.

Providing fund and investment performance information to institutional clients via telephone/email.

Responding to client inquiries pertaining to certain legal, regulatory and tax-related issues through verbal and written communication.

Identifying routine client needs/problems with urgency, professionalism, and efficiency; determining alternative solutions; resolving the problem using current workflow procedures.

Assists with corporate and departmental initiatives by participating in ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in an investment field.

Minimum two years related work experience.

Ability to obtain series 6 and 63 FINRA license is required.

Working knowledge of MS Office products.

Knowledge of PC's and Microsoft Office.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Professional demeanor.

Demonstrated sound judgment and analytical skills.

Above average listening and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated for continued learning and growth.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Special Factors:
Spanish language fluency is a requirement.
