The Bilingual Customer Care Representative will be providing exceptional customer care to our clients' riders by handling incoming calls and giving them information on the train schedule and answer any transportation questions they may have.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Demonstrate the ability to represent our client in a positive manner and provide outstanding customer experiences
Ensure accuracy and consumer satisfaction by having attention to detail
Resolve consumer product related issues with a sense of urgency
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Utilize technology to create and retain consumer data and records
Demonstrate excellent communication and computer skill
Serve as company ambassador delivering quality product information and assistance
This job has no supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be very customer focused with a high level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Proven track record of reliability a must. Excellent listening skills and problem solving ability. Have ability to work on a PC, accessing multiple software applications in a Windows environment. Previous customer service experience in an inbound or outbound call center environment preferred. Excellent time management skill and keen attention to detail. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a must.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
TECHNOLOGY SKILL BASE
This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes, but is not limited to: Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Also must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by Client and Alta Resources.
