MMI currently has an opportunity available in our Sugar Land, Texas office for a Bilingual First Contact Specialist I. Candidates must possess the following knowledge and skills:

Primary Responsibilities:

•Screens initial calls from prospective clients, obtains and enters client’s personal and financial information and transfers the information to a counselor.

•Responsible for large production of one-on-one inbound calls with prospective clients.

•Maintains accuracy in all data entry consistent with acceptable quality standards.

•Provides outstanding customer service consistent with the agency’s guidelines.

•Motivates clients to take the actions necessary to resolve their financial problems.

Education and Experience:

•High school diploma or GED

•Must be able to read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish.

•Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Internet applications.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
