MoneyGram International is hiring full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in our Lakewood, Colorado Global Contact Center. Training for these positions will start on February 25, 2013.

MoneyGram's Lakewood Global Contact Center (In-bound Calls only, No Sales, No Telemarketing, No Collections) is open 24-hours, 7-days a week in order to help our customers from countries around the world. We are an international money transfer company which is responsible for moving money around the world. Our people-focused and diverse work culture offers interested Customer Service Representatives the opportunity to grow and excel in their native language. Representatives respond to a variety of telephone inquiries from money transfer purchasers, payees, agents, financial institutions and utility companies.

Skills and Experience Required:

Successful Customer Service Representatives must be fluent in both English and one of the following languages:
  • French
  • Portuguese
  • Arabic
  • Italian
  • Mandarin
~ Previous customer service experience preferred (does not have to be call center experience)
~ High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

~ Enjoy answering customers' inquiries and problem solving
~ Enjoy working as a team
~ Detail-oriented

~ Excellent attendance and adherence to daily schedules is required in order to be successful in the job

~ Basic computer skills
~ Good typing skills

~ Must be able to work evenings and weekends (shift differential is paid for evenings, nights and weekends). The contact center provides customer support 24 hrs per day, Monday through Sunday. All incumbents should have the flexibility to work varying shifts as business needs dictate. Further, incumbents must be flexible, able to respond to changing business needs and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. (required)
