Bilingual Customer Service

Salary up to $50, 000!

Our client a large lending institution is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. If you are bilingual and have demonstrated experience within the financial industry, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills!


Manage delinquent portfolio with expertise
Advise clients in financial budgeting and planning to address existing delinquency and prevent future issues
Collect common expenses and arrears
Update client financial records
Collect deficient balances on discharged files
Deal with all arrears in a timely manner and in line with company standards
Examine delinquent accounts
Arrange arrears settlement payments
Provide support in all areas of administration and complete special projects as assigned by supervisor


Post-secondary education preferred
Minimum of two years customer service experience, financial experience preferred
Strong written and verbal ( English and French ) communication skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Knowledge in MS Office; capacity to learn new technical systems
