Personally Yours Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our Boca Raton client for a motivated, capable and dynamic Bilingual Sales Support Executive Assistant to join the Corporate Solutions and Online Sales teams of our clients USA and Latin American Division.
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that the Corporate Solutions team in the USA (working in multiple States) have the tools, resources and systems necessary to achieve their sales revenue targets. You will also be managing the administration of the Online Sales teams office in Boca Raton, ensuring budgets are met and systems and processes are maintained to an excellent standard. This position reports to Global Account Director (Based remotely in Pennsylvania) and the Head of Americas Sales (Boca Raton office). You will work 9am to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays. $35K +/- based on experience, attitude and skill set.
Responsibilities: You will receive daily guidance and support from the team.
-Supporting incoming enquiries, co-coordinating client meetings and supporting client report preparation
-Actively support other team members in the preparation of any promotions to attract new clients.
-Help to organize and attend any associated hospitality - such as wine tasting, exhibition events, road shows etc.
-Maintaining, enhancing and on-going cleansing of the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
-Continually review and improve company sales literature, company sales presentations and advertising material.
-eMarketing - support the preparation of both broker and client newsletter on a regular basis. Gather input from team, help with copywriting (or briefing copywriter), assembling HTML and testing , sending out emails and gathering results; also disseminating results to the team and encouraging or assisting with follow-up calls.
-Arranging business meetings, travel and accommodation for both the Corporate and Online Teams ensuring costs are in line with budget
-General business and office support including all aspects of recruitment, HR processes, centre database research, IT, Banking, Telephones and other new relationships. Administration support to the Head of Corporate Solutions and Sales Manager - Americas
-Contacting clients and supporting the management of their accounts and service expectations
-Develop sales support metrics and report on performance and productivity of the corporate and online sales team
-Supporting internal meetings, setting up and running calling days for the Corporate Solutions team
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of sales support. Evidence working with a busy and multiple location B2B sales team is preferred, as is working with a multinational company. You must be skilled with Microsoft Office 2007: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and really enjoy working successfully with senior external people within client and partner organizations. You have experience in the preparation of proposals and reports to clients.
You are self motivated and adept at multitasking and problem solving. You must have a positive, energetic outlook and an outgoing, likable personality. Colleagues would describe you as approachable and alert, someone who is proactive, utterly trustworthy and tenacious.
