High school diploma required.
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
The position requires seven years of administrative experience in business administration.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years hands-on experience in a government contract billing or contracting/program control environment. Experience with Deltek Costpoint Billing and Projects and WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) submissions with multiple CLIN and ACRN contract structures is a plus. This position requires: strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of basic government contract types; ability to reconcile costs; strong communication skills; and a high degree of accuracy in work product. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, independent, highly organized, detail oriented, and will be comfortable working in a fast paced schedule driven environment.
The Billing Administrator’s duties will include: preparation and review of customer invoices for complex Government Contracts; interaction with business managers and customers to resolve billing issues; review and entry of contract and modification data into the Deltek Costpoint Billing Module; preparation of contract final invoices and accounting closeout documents; performing billing reconciliations under multiple CLIN and ACRN level contract structures; and resolution of invoice collection issues.
