The accurate and efficient Billing Administrator looking for an opportunity to showcase and be rewarded for their skills will find what they’re seeking with Toshiba America Business Solutions. You will work with a variety of other organizations to ensure that order entry, associated research and reconciliations occur in an effective and efficient manner to exceed customer expectations. Other responsibilities will include execution of credit, rebill adjustments, service rollovers, cancellations, renewals and contract administration for your assigned customers. Your expertise will enable you to generate, monitor and reconcile reports to provide useful information to management regarding risk.

As our Irvine-based Billing Administrator, your mission is to ensure customers are billed accurately and efficiently to meet revenue targets. The skills and experience needed to succeed include:
  • An AA or AS degree or at least four years of increasingly responsible experience in customer service, contracts, billing or reporting


  • Superior customer service skills


  • Working knowledge of full-service maintenance programs


  • Strong PC/Database knowledge, especially Excel and Word


  • Working knowledge of captive lease programs and contract administration is a plus
