PCM is a billion dollar, publicly traded company (PCMI) which, among many ventures, offers IT-solutions to various medium-sized to enterprise companies, nation-wide.

This is a full time position at 40 hours per week to in New York, New York. This is an 8:00am - 5:00pm position with possible overtime.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing project financials to provide reliable financial forecasting to the Services Management Team.

Some responsibilities are as follows:

Manage the Vendor Invoice team.

Track and report all project overtime, manages customer/HP projects that pertain to billing/invoicing/reporting that are financially based.

Manage client relationship and the project team.

Provide monthly staffing reports to the PMO and other duties as assigned.

Manage a SharePoint site creating/changing reports, drop downs, data fields using Macro programing.

Leads meetings using overheads, projectors, Virtual Classrooms and etc.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalency of 2+ years accounting/finance, high-level skills in Microsoft Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, MapPoint, and Visio.

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint application management to include 1+ year creating reports.

Experience in project management is a plus!!!

Demonstrates a basic knowledge of key fundamentals in Remedial Services Delivery operations, processes, methodologies and terminology.

Understands and implements project management methods and practices.

Outstanding written and verbal communications. Self-motivated, proactive, team player, confident, analytical, punctual, dedicated and etc.
