As a Solstas Billing Customer Service Representative, you have the opportunity to make a difference by providing superior customer service through direct contact with our patients and other Solstas team members. Billing Customer Service Representatives ensure payment for services provided are collected in an acceptable time frame
and handle 85-100 patient telephone inquires per day in a fast paced call center environment.
Additional requirements will include soliciting payments from customers for outstanding invoices, investigating outstanding patient invoices, and reviewing EOBs, requisitions, and scanned documents on file related outstanding invoices.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
35 wpm typing skills required
Previous Healthcare/Insurance billing experience
Call center experience preferred
Excellent customer service and organization skills
