As a Solstas Billing Specialist, you have the opportunity to make a difference by providing superior customer service while working closely with our insurance carriers. We are looking for an energetic, customer focused individual with a strong background in the medical or laboratory billing field. Billing Specialists are responsible for a myriad of important tasks within the Solstas billing department including answering general billing questions, processing payment requests, and researching refunded checks from insurance carriers.
*This is a Temporary Position*
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
CPC Certified required and annual re-certification is mandatory
Medical or laboratory billing experience
Strong PC skills
Knowledge in Excel preferred
