Handles billing inquiries for dedicated regions working in partnership with field staff to retain business. Complies with state regulations in issuing of notices of cancellations due to non-payment. Works with Zurich staff to identify and resolve complex billing issues.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
3 or more years of related experience preferred.
College Degree preferred
Billing experience preferred
